Click here for job description. 4th Grade ELA Knowledge of AZCCRs 4th grade LA. Ensure student mastery of AZCCRs 4th grade LA. Design and implement rigorous assignments and assessments that measure progress toward AZCCRs 4th grade ELA Standards. Be knowledgeable with differentiation to instruct, assess, and address areas of need for students. Be knowledgeable and have experience with backwards design when lesson planning. Experience with assessment data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices. Experience with multi-tiered systems of support for learners, including small group instruction, RtI, and behavior support.
