WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
VIVA Talent Solutions is different from your typical healthcare staffing agency - we ARE part of the Vivage Senior Living Community and we are looking for talented and experienced CNAs like YOU to work within the Vivage Communities as a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant. You will be providing the best care to residents at our long term-care, memory care/skilled nursing, behavioral health and post hospitalization/rehabilitation communities throughout the Denver metro area.
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU AS A VIVA EMPLOYEE?
- Competitive Hourly Pay - We start our CNAs at $20.00/hr.
- Flexibility - You will be able to work between several Vivage Communities and have a steady or flexible schedule based on your availability and always be a part of the VIVA Talent Solutions and Vivage Team
- Schedules - We offer DAY, EVENING, NOC and Weekend shifts either 8 or 12 hours at all of our communities - Part Time - Full Time - PRN
- Daily Pay Advance Option Available
- Holiday Pay (when working on a major holiday)
- Overtime Pay available (when working over 40 hours a week or 12 hours in one business day)
- Sick time pay accrual
- Ability to become a full time Vivage employee after hour requirement has been satisfied and if opening is available at a community
THE MUST HAVES:
- Outgoing, professional and caring healthcare professional who is excited to work with patients and make a difference in their healthcare
- High School Diploma or GED and certification from an accredited nursing program
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License for the state in which you practice or the ability to convert to a Colorado License within 30 days of hire.
- QMAP Certification is a plus
- PCC (Point Click Care) experience is a plus
- Current CPR/BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current proof of TB within the last 12 months 2 step PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current proof of a Flu Vaccination within the last 12 months
- Hep B vaccine or declination form completed (at time of hire)
- Current proof of a negative COVID19 test or to receive a COVID19 test within 7 days of employment and ongoing.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
