Title: Summer Program Recruiter

Summary: Summer School Recruiter will work with school leadership team and district staff to recruit students.

Performance Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary contact at the home school for the summer registration process.
• Responsible for recruiting students, distributing and receiving registration forms, contacting families, and sending reminders.
• Communicates the program details to families via phone or other communication (flyers, schedules, materials).
• Serves as the liaison between district and home school, and as the liaison between home school and summer school site.
• Maintain Excel recruiter workbook.
• Create a binder with returned summer school registration forms.
• Collect iPads for enrolled students.

Summer School Recruiter Commitment: Up to 20 hours, outside of contracted time

Summer School Pay Rate: Work beyond contract pay shall be at the hourly rate of the employees current hourly rate of pay.
