Job Description
HDMS is seeking an Account Analyst to join our Customer Experience Team. The Account Analyst is responsible for helping HDMS meet and exceed the expectations of the CVS Enterprise for our shared clients. This position will partner with our clients as they strive to use our solutions to bring value to their organizations. Ultimately, the account analyst will develop strong client relationships with a goal of growing his or her assigned accounts.

Required Qualifications
- Work collaboratively and strategically with clients to answer complex business problems using data reporting and analytics solutions.
- Stay informed about healthcare trends, issues, and policy generally and with respect to clients and apply this knowledge to client strategy.
- Responsible for issue management for assigned accounts by engaging internal operational, product & IT teams to solve client issues.
- Serves as first-line product expert to clients. Possesses capabilities for external account relationship building and/or day-to day contact.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of solid analytic experience using claims data to identify cost and utilization trends.
- Experience using DART or very large databases is a plus.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills. Ability to successfully operate in a matrixed organization
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- A demonstrated passion for teamwork and solving business problems.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

BA/BS. Graduate degree a plus.
