Account Management Manager - Clinical Trial Services

Job Description
The Account Manager for Clinical Trial Solutions is responsible for serving as the primary interface between clients and internal resources during the implementation and ongoing work to support client recruitment projects. The role will collaborate with Business Development, Operations and other key areas as necessary to ensure a successful launch of the project as well as ensure successful delivery to the customer.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Development of an understanding of clinical trial protocols and required recruitment materials and process to generate success
* Development of targeting criteria, materials and experience flows
* Gaining necessary approvals
* Ensuring client and operations teams have clear understanding of project scope, process and timelines
* Establishing client success metrics
Reporting on issues and driving to appropriate solutions.
Required Qualifications
? Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
? Ability to understand client needs and translate into business services
? Strong organizational skills
? Ability to understand medical terminology
? Previous experience in a client management capacity
Preferred Qualifications
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Education
Bachelor's degree required
