As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining day to day business relationship with key internal and client personnel and understanding their objectives. Understanding of these objectives is required to proactively recommend and promote the CKD program to assist in meeting client business objectives. The position will facilitate delivery, interpretation, and presentation of financial and client reports. The Account Manager will oversee the coordination and completion of assigned client base audit activities. Onsite review preparation, facilitation of client calls, and all activities in support of retaining our client base.

In addition, you will be managing the resolution status of routine to complex requests related to our vendor contracts, nephrology groups and clients with our Kidney Care program(s).

Other responsibilities include:

* Vendor Process Management - leading vendor process activities including Ariba contract requests, Non-Catalog/Ad Hoc Requests, Non-Merchandise Vendor Forms, ordering equipment for Contractors through CVS myIT Service Catalog.
* Partnering with Business Leaders, Finance, and Procurement on contract execution, contract maintenance, expense tracking and reporting.

Required Qualifications
2+ years Account Management within a healthcare or technology environment

Preferred Qualifications
o Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill
o Ability to be flexible and change direction as needed
o Ability to motivate and drive team to successful, on-time results
o Ability to manage complex groups and prioritize competing objectives
o Facilitation and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to follow-up and follow through on tasks

Education
Bachelor's Degree
