Account Resolutions Admin

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Search for and identify payment status for outstanding invoice on various customer web portals.
• Research and analyze accounts prior to initiating debtor contact examining historical data and evaluate past resolution efforts.
• Record resolution notes in proprietary system of the above facts and set necessary follow-ups.
• Gather account information and disseminate to the clients account management team as requested
• Work with members of the Account Management team throughout the account resolutions process.
• Contact debtors to obtain remittances or to assist with the reconciliation of Open Credits.
• Send requested monthly statements to debtors.
• Process missing paperwork requests from debtors.
• Other duties and projects as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a customer service role is required.
• Data Entry experience is also required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused at high levels of productivity.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, in-person and over the phone.
• Excellent phone etiquette. Must be courteous and professional when dealing with past -due customers.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace work environment with a high degree of accuracy.
