Job Description

The purpose of this job is to prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.

Essential Functions

1. File state and local sales tax returns
2. Generate supporting reports
3. Provide internal customer service related to W-9 and exemption certificate completion as well as contract and invoice review
4. Assist with sales tax audit
5. Model behaviors that support the companys common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
6. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
7. Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum three years sales and use tax return preparation experience preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Basic accounting experience preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
