Job Description:

  • Data Entry - Billing of Client Services
  • Composes and sends follow-up emails pertaining to missing timesheets and billing errors.
  • Scanning and filing of billing timesheets and monthly reports into Consumer Master file.
  • Creates, maintains, and sends out a billing error report each pay period.
  • Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
  • Assist with placing orders, paying bills, making the deposits, and other functions necessary at the direction of management.
  • Ensures there is a proper paper trail, including department designation where possible.
  • Ensure designated funds are properly tagged and used in accordance with management wishes.
  • Maintain proper donation and fundraising accounts and records, including income and expense lists, restricted donations, donor names and addresses and donation letters.
  • Produces list of missing authorizations and ensures proper follow up
  • Provides technical support and assistance for errors in billing software
  • Assists with maintaining proper reconciliation of billing
  • Maintain proper and accurate account balances as needed, and ensure funds are held or disbursed accurately as directed by management.
  • Assists in the review of financial statements and related reports which summarize business activity and financial position in areas of income, expense, and earnings based on operating results as needed by management.
  • Assists in the review of budgets and maintains and shows support for these budgets as needed.
  • Assists in the preparation of external audit materials as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and financial reports for management, grant writer, the board of directors and general staff as requested.
  • Assists in handling internal audits as needed across various functions to ensure the company is running its business in compliance with set policies and procedures.
  • Communicates as necessary with other administrative personnel, Direct Support Professionals, Therapists, Support Coordinators (and other outside related parties), as well as Clients and their Families.
  • Assist in oversight of subcontractors and all outside vendors, maintain relationships and ensure proper documentation of transactions
  • Assists with other duties as needed

Pay: $40,000 to $45,000 DOE

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience or degree in a related field preferred but no experience or degree required.
