DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Irving, Texas 75039
Pay: $20.00/Hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Duration: Temp: 3 month contract (Possible Temp-to-Hire)
Description of Duties: Maintain bank balances and prepare cash reports daily, complete transactions in online banking platform (Cash
Pro), Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable, monitor returned checks/wires/ ACH, Issue checks/scan checks/record check numbers,
sending wires/posting wires,
Requirements: 3 years of experience in accounting, knowledge of CashPro, knowledge of A/R and A/P, knowledge of GL functions in SAP and COMPASS, Excel experience, Experience in A/R and A/P wire payments
