POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable functions such as preparing invoices for payment, process credits, priority invoices, researching invoice problems and vendor resolution. Cross-train in other areas of the accounting department and related duties. Must maintain confidentiality at all times. Assists in the preparation of statistic reports and special projects as needed or directed by Controller or Chief Financial Officer.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. One year general accounting experience.
3. Knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
4. Familiar with accounts payable.
5. Completed an accredited accounting clerk course.
6. Healthcare experience not required, but preferred.
