DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Irving, Texas 75039
Pay: $20.00/Hour
Hours: M-F: 8 am-5 pm
Duration: Temp: 3 months (with possible Temp-to-Hire)
Description of Duties: Receive, print, and audit nine agents' (South and Central America) invoices, organize invoices and place into storage, correspond with agents and vendors and respond to inquiries, maintain and update vendor files, request remittance for agents bimonthly,
Requirements: Knowledge of computers: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP; Must also be able to meet deadlines, 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, High School Diploma required; 2 years of college preferred, Fluency in Spanish preferred
