Job Description
As the Accounts Payable Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of drug supplier invoices. You will reconcile the purchase price variance report as well as variances between invoiced and receipt quantity on all related invoices.

Additionally, you will research vendor statements to ensure the continual supply of drug product to the PBM and Specialty pharmacies. You will also manage the relationship with vendor Accounts Receivable representatives, requiring well developed written and verbal communication skills. Due to the often-times complex nature of issues, you must have the ability to research receipt and pricing issues and have a foundation understanding of accounts payable principles.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) accounts payable or vendor statement reconciliation experience
- 1+ year(s) of Microsoft Excel experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience
- Prior Materials Management/Invoice Reconciliation experience
- Experience with SAP and QL
- Project Management experience
- Data entry experience or similar rapid-typing using 10-key pad
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Word programs

Education
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
