Albion Staffing Solutions has a client looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to work at a company located at the Medley, FL area.
Job Description
- Produce daily and monthly reports in excel
- Analyze and issue remittance posting instructions to factor
- Reconcile monthly sales results and factored sales
- Analyze, document, dispute, and resolve customer chargebacks within the allotted timeframe
- Reports to management on chargeback status and resolution results
- Effectively communicate chargeback findings to respective departments, in order to improve activities and mitigate future claims
- Support factor with collections as needed
- Back up accounts receivable clerk with daily invoice mailing/e-mailing
Requirements:
- Education - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- SAP Preferred
- 1-3 years Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficient in MS Excel/ other office programs
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Applicants will work in the customer's facility - located in Medley, FL
