Activities Therapist

This position is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Steward Health Care Workforce. Under the general direction of the Activity Director the Activity Assistant is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the patients' activities in a safe manner. The Activity Assistant establishes a therapeutic relationship with patients and facilitates the maintenance of therapeutic milieu and individualized activity program.A. High school graduate or equivalent. B. Minimum of one year of experience in recreation setting preferred. C. One year of experience in an in-patient setting preferred.
