Summary: Employee will create/develop, implement, and provide activities scheduled to meet resident's individual and group needs as determined by assessments and dialogue.

Job Responsibilities:

• Position will research, develop, and implement activity programs that will provide stimulation and enjoyment for residents as individuals and in a group setting.
• Position will work as member of the interdisciplinary team and integrate services within the plan of care to facilitate successful discharge plan.
• Activity program will vary and alter dependent on current resident roster.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Certification preferred
• CPR
• Clearances as required by Federal and State Laws
