-This position is responsible for enhancing the pricing and underwriting tools in support of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) segment. This person will combine superior technical skills with creative problem solving to address dynamic market needs. Strong communication skills required, as the position will collaborate closely with actuarial, underwriting and sales teams.
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc analysis of performance drivers and recommend corrective actions
- Opportunity to collaborate with external PEOs, consultants and brokers to gather market feedback and to communicate tool and methodology changes

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years relevant work experience in actuarial, underwriting, finance or related field
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Experience with SAS, VBA and SQL
- Ability to work collaboratively within work teams
