As an adjunct faculty member, youll provide program instruction in an online format, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, cutting-edge technologies and other industry trends reflecting advancements in your discipline. This course provides a foundation for ministry to youth and families. Students consider biblical foundations for ministry to youth and families and how to apply and contextualize those foundations for todays changing world.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include equipping students with the required skill set, facilitating classroom discussions, assessing student performance, and preparing students to be successful leaders in their chosen profession. Other main responsibilities include the following:

• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the Universitys Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
• Using GCUs Learning Management System, you will be providing instruction to your students and grade their assignments in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: PhD from an accredited college or university with coursework in youth and family ministry AND At least two years professional experience in ministry or teaching at the postsecondary level.
