Position Summary |
The University of New Mexico Division of Human Resources offers a rewarding temporary career opportunity for the position of Administrative Assistant 3. The successful candidate will provide critical administrative support to the HR Client Services team, which supports a variety of HR functions. This position will be part of the administrative support team and perform a variety of administrative and staff support duties including, but not limited to, the following:
This is a potential temp-to-regular opportunity, subject to the selected candidates performance throughout the temporary assignment, in addition to the business needs of the hiring department. This position is considered a confidential employee and is not covered by the CWA Bargaining Unit. Assignment Details: Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Anticipated Start Date: February 1, 2021 Projected End Date: January 31, 2022 Parking Arrangements: Responsibility of the selected employee UNMTemps provides staffing solutions to UNM departments requesting temporary employees as positions become available due to a vacancy, when regular employees are absent, for peak work periods, and for special events. As such, UNMTemps assignments/positions may end with little or no advance notice. See the Position Description for additional information. |

Minimum Qualifications |
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
