Job Description

We are looking for a full time, in-person, Admin Assistant to join our team. This person should be organized, detail oriented, and a strong communicator. Clients do not visit our office so all customer communication will be over the phone and through email.

Scope of position:

  • Answer phones, screen calls, and review emails
  • Create Work Orders
  • Basic clerical tasks, like filing and pulling reports
  • Help process documents and manage accounts
  • Customer service/communication
  • Coordinate Diagnostics calls
  • Request Certificates of Insurance
  • Manage AR and AP Tasks
  • Data entry
  • Monitor promotional performance and marketing
  • Review workflow and processes for functionality
  • Other duties as assigned



Position requirements:

  • Technology experience - multiple basic platforms
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the business before instructed
  • Flexibility
  • Multi tasking skills
  • General computer/technology skills
  • 8:30a-5:30p *in person* availability

Position preferences (not required):

  • 2 years relevant work experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Experience with service company
