Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)

In this temporary-to-hire role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and clerical support to our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical files
- Handling various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Providing customer service and serving as the first point of contact for inquiries
- Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned

To be successful in this position, you should have:

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

This is a full-time, temporary position with the potential to transition to a permanent role. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
