Job Description
Vista Community Clinic is a private, non-profit, multi-specialty outpatient clinic providing care in a comprehensive, high quality setting. Perform general office administrative duties with direct oversight. Coordinate activities relative to HR department functions.
- Type and maintain various documents
- Prepare and maintain files and records
Minimum
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of four years' general office experience
- Minimum of one year Human Resources experience
- Valid California drivers license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and internet search functions
- Typing/data entry proficiency minimum 50 wpm
- Thorough knowledge of correct English grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Must be personable and able to interface well with employees, the public and professionals
- Basic mathematical skills
