OVERVIEW

Represents our organization to callers and visitors and provides excellent, responsive and knowledgeable customer service that ensures a positive experience for our members, employees, vendors and stakeholders. Provides a high level of professional administrative support to executive and professional staff. Maintains clerical and administrative excellence while upholding ethical standards according to Southwest Networks policies and procedures.

Work is performed in an office setting; must be able to move about; must also be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time and position self to reach items under or above desks, in storage, or in areas not easily accessible; some lifting required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree, preferred

One year office or administrative experience required, medical office experience preferred

Must maintain an Arizona state fingerprint clearance card

Must be at least 21 years of age
