Job Description
This position entails providing administrative support to the Advocacy & Guardianship Director, Guardianship Administrator and Guardianship Program Lead. The incumbent in this position assists the Guardianship Staff program to ensure operational and administrative continuity and coordination. Work includes but is not limited to scheduling appointments, providing callers with accurate information, composing memos and letters, as well as generating reports, managing multiple projects, preparing, audits/monitors invoices and expense reports, and assisting with research, as needed. High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. An Associate's degree is preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified herein. The incumbent must be able to work independently or within diverse groups. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
