DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

• Location: Northwest Houston area
• Pay: $15 per hour
• Hours: 8-5, Monday Friday
• Duration: Temporary to Hire
• Description of Duties: Print and prepare monthly Board packets for all managers, print and confirm completion of all monthly posting notices, handle the day to day operations for office management including all building issues, issues in and out all phone and camera equipment to office staff, handles company events and travel arrangements, handles setting up for all Board meetings, keep an updated list of all staff licenses and classes, assist and prepare all marketing proposals, assist incoming inspection/service calls, prepare monthly newsletters, track and keep updated all permits, monthly filing of board reports and various other correspondence and register employees for various classes.
• Requirements: 10-Key by touch, Publisher, Power Point, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
