Job Profile

Under the supervision of a Vice President, this position provides administrative and office support for the departmental VP. Excellent administrative and organization skills are required. This position is exposed to highly confidential and sensitive information and deals with a diverse group of internal and external contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload; recommends changes in office practices or procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • Five years senior management level secretarial experience.


OTHER SKILLS:

  • Analytical ,Dictation/Transcription, Statistical, MS Word, MS Excel
  • MS Access, and Outlook. PeopleSoft skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
