DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Provide administrative support for the Sales department

  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Northwest Houston
  • Pay: $15
  • Hours: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties: Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and the purchasing/billing departments.
  • Requirements: Answer phones, knowledge of physical and digital filing systems, scanning and printing invoices, ordering office supplies, advanced Microsoft Word and Excel user required. Candidate must be very detail oriented, communication both verbal and written, problem solving skills, and maintain confidentiality.
