DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Provide administrative support for the Sales department

  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Northwest Houston
  • Pay: $15-$18
  • Hours: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties: Maintain filing systems, scanning, update database, provide field tickets to sales department, assist sales coordinators
  • Requirements: Knowledge of physical and digital filing systems, typing, must be very detail oriented, communication both verbal and written, problem solving skills, confidentiality, ability to work with minimal supervision
