DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Materials Test Reporting Admin)
• Location: Northwest Houston
• Pay: $18
• Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm -Monday through Friday
• Duration: Temporary To Hire
• Description of Duties: Administrative support for busy manufacturing office will support department by data entry and creating Material Testing Reports.
• Requirements: 1-2 years administrative assistant experience preferably worked in a busy manufacturing/valve location before. Advanced Microsoft Suite experience will use Word, Excel, and Outlook daily in addition candidates should be very comfortable creating and editing Adobe PDF's, creating Material Test Reports in Microsoft Excel. Admin will complete various administrative tasks and must have both verbal and written communication skills. Perfect candidate would be able to work in a small office environment alongside 5-10 office teammates and have great tenure on previous jobs.
