Pay Range

$16. 76 - $21.61/hr

The OrthoColorado Hospital Administrative Concierge Specialist creates a lasting first impression through service excellence, and professionalism. This is achieved by providing a warm welcome to our patients and guests, anticipating their needs and providing a supportive, comfortable environment while maintaining a consistent business presence. The Administrative Concierge Specialist partners with hospital staff and physicians to monitor patient and guest locations, communicate relevant information to both; and performs necessary screening and traffic control duties including screening patients, visitors, employees at the main entrance in a courteous and professional manner to ensure the safety of employees and guests. Additionally, the Administrative Concierge Specialist's proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications enhances this person's ability to successfully complete other administrative duties as assigned.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.

Three or more years' experience in a customer service position, in healthcare preferred Proven track record in independent decision making and problem-solving

Has been in a position requiring independent decision making and being a change agent Has served in a role requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Past history of interacting with all levels of staff, guests and visitors, demonstrating the need for a high level of written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word and internet) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Sedentary Work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert/lift up to 10lbs. force occasionally)

Schedule: Monday-Friday / 4:45 am-12:45 pm
