  • Position Summary: This role performs administrative duties as a part of a team with primary focus in Accounts Payable. Flex time available to help support a healthy work/life balance. You will be provided with all necessary supplies to excel in this role, work from home options are considered after a year of employment. You will thrive in a supportive environment where team members are cross trained in an effort to create greater support and flexibility for work/life balance. The Denver administrative team offers a dynamic work environment that treats each employee like an individual. $24.00 per hour.

Schedule: 32 hrs/week. Mon-Thurs 9:00am-4:00pm, Fri 9:00am-3:30pm

Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables

  • Maintains Accounts Payable and Receivers through Bill Pay, invoice tracking, and disbursement requests.
  • Works with vendors, suppliers, and sales to solve Accounts Payable questions and issues efficiently and knowledgably.
  • Maintains accurate and up to date vendor and supplier information within Capital systems.
  • Manages Reconciliation accounts through tracking, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Works with Sales to manage and accurately invoice VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) accounts.
  • Reconciles Credit Card receipts.
  • Assists with shared Admin Team tasks, including but not limited to running Will Call, setting up shipments and supporting Sales and Dispatch with Sales Orders administration. Responsible for ~ 25% of shared task work.
  • Acquires and maintains a working knowledge of all administrative and operations positions to assist as needed. Building general knowledge is required to support all departments as particular situations arise, and cross-training is expected to cover other Admin positions as needed.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor and be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment.

Education / Experience and Skills

  • Relevant education or experience that displays a skillset for administrative services and accounting functions.
  • Good working knowledge of PC software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and able to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to model Capital Values and to provide innovative solutions.
  • Ability to produce high quality and accurate work.
  • Ability to be collaborative and provide helpful communication to management, peers, and customers.
  • Ability to think critically and tackle problems.
  • High attention to detail and comfortable with repetitive routines.
  • High level of confidentiality with sensitive information.

Abilities

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds 5% or less of the workday.
  • Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workday.
  • Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
