POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for secretarial work associated with the Foster Care Review Board (FCRB) Program. The primary role of FCRB is to advise the juvenile court on progress toward achieving a permanent home for a child involved in a dependency action and in an out-of-home placement. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position in our Tucson, Arizona office.

The essential functions of this position include the mailing of interested party notifications for FCRB; preparation and mailing of confidential case information to FCRB members; answer, screen and route telephone inquiries; process and distribute FCRB Findings and Recommendation Reports through the database system in the time frame required by statute; sort and locate case information; as well as provide coverage of the reception area which includes extensive public contact both telephonically and in person. Other responsibilities in this position include: process and route incoming mail; preparation of meeting agendas and support meetings and/or training sessions; and assist program specialists to ensure successful facilitation of FCRB reviews.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one-year experience working in an office environment in an administrative role. Additional requirements include: knowledge and experience operating office equipment, multi-line phones, computers and Microsoft Suite Programs; excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail and knowledge of English, grammar, and punctuation skills; effective organizational, time management, and teamwork skills; as well as the ability to work with confidential materials.
