Adobe Experience Manager Developer Full Stack - Remote

Job Description
As part of the Aetna Marketing Technology team, you will contribute to architecting and developing applications/pipelines for content management and digital asset management solutions using applications and products. Brainstorming with architects, product managers, and fellow engineers to build web properties used improve the health and insurance needs of millions of people.

As a Senior AEM Full Stack Developer you will take AEM platform implementations projects through the entire life cycles. Design / Architect a solution based on AEM. Oversee the component design and implementation AEM or associated frameworks. Develop strategy for migrating content between multiple AEM solutions (On-perm and CS).

You will bring your knowledge of AEM together and provide solutions across AEM and other platforms such as:

* Integrations with all possible tools with AEM (Sites and DAM) including Target, Analytics, Dynamic media.
* Provide technology solutions and translate marketing and website need into AEM recommendations and solutions to meet project goals
* Work in agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment
* Be part of the development of AEM (Sites and DAM) templates and components based on Touch UI (or Classic UI)
* Use current AEM software releases and ensure governance practices are in place for global implementations.
* Provide application design guidance and consultation, using a deep understanding of applicable technology, tools -Adobe AEM and existing designs.
* Use Agile SCRUM to create solutions with high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of development experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (Adobe AEM 6.x, AEM 6.2, AEM 6.3, AEM 6.4)
* 8+ years in Engineering role, and at least 5 years working with CMS platforms
* 5+ years building sites, templates, components, or integrations with Adobe Experience Manager
* Knowledge of the following: JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, and CSS
* At least two full life-cycle CMS implementations
* AEM developer / Architect Certified

Preferred Qualifications
* Integrations with all possible tools with AEM (Sites and DAM) including Target, Analytics, Dynamic media
* Provide technology solutions and translate marketing and website need into AEM recommendations and solutions to meet project goals
* Investigate and stay current on important new technologies related to digital marketing, to help push processes and techniques forward
* Use current AEM software releases and ensure governance practices are in place for global implementations.
* Use Agile SCRUM to create solutions with high level of flexibility and adaptability.
* Experience with decoupled architectures, setting up dedicated environments (development, QA) and integrating with a CI chain

Education
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
