The SRQ team is looking for a Business Analyst, to perform analysis and translate business needs in support of Nura, ESFDC , SMART. A successful candidate will be able to translate the details into high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications to advise and support the business and architecture teams responsible for projects.
The Business Analyst will work in an Agile scrum team environment, in close collaboration with business, product owners, architecture and other IT partners to advise on business impacts of proposed changes in multiple systems, as well as impact on down stream and upstream processes such as PSA , ADAM etc.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking
Data analysis experience (eg. Excel, SQL, SFDC Admin)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Lean Agile frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Agile metrics.
Experience working with refinement of program backlogs in partnership with the product owner and scrum team to frame clear Epics/Features/Stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as RTC or Rally.
Experience in Sales Rating and Quoting business
Experience with salesforce
Education
Bachelors degree in a Business or IT field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
