Allied Universal is seeking Alarm Monitoring Specialists
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Have excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applcations, and utilize search tools to find information
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Must have the ability to learn new appications quicly
- Must type 40 WPM
- Must clearly speak, read and write English
JOB DUTIES
- Respond to and verify Alarm Signals
- Diispatch Police, Fire, Guards, or other emergency agencies
- Documenting all calls and actions
- Escalating irregularities to management
