Pay Range

$38. 23 - $52.48/hr

Reporting directly to the VP & Chief Ambulatory Officer, the Ambulatory Operations Consultant will be responsible for Joint Venture Operations Management as well as Ambulatory Operations across the Centura enterprise. This role will ensure successful management of relationship building, development, and compliance with Joint Venture partners as well as leading reviews of operational improvement opportunities, policy and procedure standardization, and financial analytics for Ambulatory operations across Centura Health.

Important to this role is understanding the leadership expectations of this position and the entire leadership team throughout Centura Health. The Ambulatory Operations Consultant must have a personal and professional connection to the Mission of our Christian organization. What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Bachelor Degree Required.
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in identification, evaluation, and implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
  • 2 years experience working with healthcare leaders in a consolatory or leadership function.
  • In depth understanding of operational and financial metrics.
