Achieve targeted segments Business Banking Deposit, Credit and Treasury Management targets through proactive portfolio management, COI development, colleague partnerships, and digital sales channel (Phone/Web) volume. Have a strong proficiency in credit and treasury management solutions.

Provide sales and support for Relationships Managers by engaging in activities related to client onboarding, account openings, loan submissions, document collection, client outreach, servicing, and ongoing maintenance within your assigned market.

Utilize research and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze and resolve client issues promptly; maintain system to track responses to inquiries and ensure follow-up action is completed.

Identifying and referring cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate colleague.

Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
