Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

Major/Essential Functions
Responsible for setting up all Purchase Orders for accounts payable and accounts receivable including, but not limited to, processing P-Card expenses, purchase requisitions, POs and vendor set-up.
Responsible for managing GME Events & Catering
Responsible for managing budget expense logs
In charge of managing the GME office property inventory and surplus process to meet office needs.
Assist with the onboarding and exit clearance processes
Responsible for handling new employee hiring in-processing

Preferred Qualifications
Good knowledge of purchase orders, direct pay, invoicing, credit card reconciliation, health insurance, dental insurance, cash receipts, inventory, property management, and Cobra.
Knowledge in scanning and electronic filing.
Experience with interpretation of policies related to position functions.
Excellent time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Databases, etc.)

Pay Statement
