As a member of the Webster Bank Learning Experience Team, this role will support bank-wide learning effectiveness by analyzing learning outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the successful implementation of learning initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the colleague learning and development space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing and ad hoc data analysis to senior leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback mechanisms and assessments.

  • Assist in the coordination of learning sessions, workshops, and virtual learning experiences through Workday Learning.

  • Support the implementation of learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.

  • Manage Learning and Talent Management team communications. This includes developing and maintaining the team monthly communication plan, sourcing, drafting, preparing, and obtaining approval for communications.

  • Contribute to the creation of learning resources, job aids, and guides to support colleague development.

  • Assist colleagues with questions regarding learning programs and Workday Learning.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to drive continuous improvement and enhance the learning experience for our colleagues.

  • Provide support, as needed, across the Learning and Talent Management disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Workday experience a plus

  • MS Office proficiency

The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000 USD to $75,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
