Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a senior associate or counsel to join its nationally recognized Antitrust Practice. We are open to applicants in the markets above with a preference for Washington, D.C. Applicants must be currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction for which they are applying. D.C. bar admission is a plus but not required.

Our antitrust lawyers handle the full scope of antitrust issues across all industries for our clients. We do litigation, transactions, government investigations, and compliance counseling. Our team has extensive experience defending transactions before the US antitrust enforcement agencies and representing clients in high-stakes antitrust litigation.

Qualified applicants for this position must have at least seven years of experience working on antitrust matters, as well as excellent writing, oral advocacy skills, and academics. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the antitrust divisions of the Department of Justice (DOJ) or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
