POSITION SUMMARY:
The Information Technology Division (ITD) of the Arizona Supreme Court is seeking an API Services Developer.

This position is responsible for the identification, definition, packaging and support of WCF Services and supporting Domain Libraries to be used by the software development teams within the organization. Constructs software libraries at the enterprise level for use in multiple projects . Provides development, support and problem resolution; reviews of design specifications to adapt technical solutions; participates and coordinates with other programmers and development teams; creates and maintains code level technical documentation; interface and coordinate with internal/external agencies. API development in the .NET Framework (C#, VB, .NET Core), Windows/Web Services, have a solid understanding of object-oriented design concepts, separation of concerns, dependency injection; Microsoft DevOps, Git.

This position also provides development, support and problem resolution directly associated with the projects assigned. Participates in reviews of design specifications to adapt technical solutions to the AOC defined methodologies, and coordinates with other programmers and development teams to create efficient applications delivered within the constraints of a project plan. This position will also create and maintain code level technical documentation for developed and supported application components and supporting utilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must have a bachelors degree in a related field and at least five years experience programming, analysis, design, development, implementation, quality assurance and applications support, specifically in programming and producing enterprise level, service oriented distributed applications.? Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement. ? This position also requires a thorough understanding and familiarity with WCF, and web service development using the .Net platform with VB.Net, C# and XML., advanced experience with C# and VB.NET 4.0, XML, WCF, and business to business integration using SOAP or REST, as well as knowledge of Domain Driven Development, Service Oriented Architectures, and experience in backend service development. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of messaging strategies, event stores and an enterprise service business, be familiar with software development lifecycle methodologies (preferably CMMI), and experience in using source control and change management procedures. As well as a solid understanding of object-oriented design concepts, separation of concerns, dependency injection; and a working technical knowledge of automated software development support tools.?
