We offer a lucrative performance-based compensation plan which includes base pay plus commission and weekly + monthly bonuses.
The candidates chosen for this position will speak directly with prospective clients in communities located in and around the Greater-Phoenix area and surrounding cities. They will engage in meaningful conversation with homeowners, generate interest in our products and schedule appointments to meet with a Project Consultant and discuss their window and patio door replacement.
