Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble axels and related components following detailed instructions and technical drawings.
- Inspect and test assembled axels to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing, particularly with axels, is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
