Excellent Pay Rates:

• Starting Pay for 1st Shift is $17/hr
• Starting Pay for 2nd & 3rd Shift is $18/hr

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow by practicing multiple tasks such as: assembling multiple components, packing product, quality assurance, and operating light-duty machinery. Will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy. 

Position Hours:

• First Shift 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (8-hour shift) and 4:30 am – 3:00 pm (10-hour shift)
• Second Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (8-hour shift) and 3:00 pm – 1:30 am (10-hour shift)
• Third Shift starts Sunday evening at 10:00 pm – 6:30 am (8-hour shift) and 8:00 pm – 6:30 pm (10-hour shift)

Essential Functions:

• Follow instructions based on diagrams, charts, and specifications.
• Assemble large and small components together in a fast-paced environment, such as, but not limited to side seams, end caps, o-rings, epoxy, and holding clips
• Performs quality checks periodically by using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.
• Fill out proper documentation after the order has been completed.
• Maintain work area to keep a clean and safe environment.
• Maintains professional, respectful, open communication with others.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic mathematical arithmetic and diagram reading.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
• Ability to work overtime as needed including Saturdays.
