Assistant Cattle Foreman

The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Cattle Foreman in carrying out all aspects of the day-to-day operation, and maintenance administration and maintenance of the Cattle operations within the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Ensuring compliance with Seminole Tribe of Florida policies, regulations and established operating procedures. The incumbent is also responsible for performing general maintenance and ranch specific work. High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. A minimum of two (2) years of prior ranch work experience with knowledge of handling horses and cattle is required. Any equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must have a valid Florida Driver's License and be able to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
