Performs varied and complex administrative duties in the management and coordination of a large specialized project and/or program. Requires independent judgement and application of established policies and procedures. Works under general supervision with evaluation based on overall results obtained.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Screens assigned applicants to determine viability for interview selection.
  • Prepares effective correspondence related to admissions inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment materials, presentations, brochures, interview booklets, etc.
  • Advises students concerning course requirements, application process, academic qualifications and other components of a competitive application.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Dean, Senior Director, or Associate Director.
