Fuel testing laboratory in the LaPorte, TX area is currently hiring an experienced Assistant Lab Manager to join their team! In this role, the Assistant Lab Manager will be responsible for assisting the Lab Manager in maintaining daily lab operations in accordance with the Quality Policy Statement; Supervise and facilitate daily work of the staff; Implement work schedules; Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance schedules are followed; Testing and documentation of lab samples.
Salary: $60K/yr.
The perfect Assistant Lab Manager for our client will have:
- 3+ years analytical lab experience with instrumentation background
- 1+ years experience with a quality management system
- BS in Chemistry or a minimum of 3 years petroleum testing experience
