Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support the Class Action Operations team in completing complex data processing and reporting tasks
• Researching and responding, in a timely manner, to simple or moderate tasks driven by Client, Claim administrators, Client service and Audit team members
• Managing client data, including manipulation, updates, and troubleshooting data discrepancies
• Review and analyze client data, working with QA/Audit teams if necessary
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization across multiple data formats
• Data manipulation Producing ad-hoc data and reports as requested

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree, Information Technology and/or experience in the Legal field is a plus.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, ability to develop Macros.
• Experience using database management tools such as SQL Server Management Studio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Understanding of the financial industry such as securities transactions or back office processing experience is preferred
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment
