Automation Systems Design Architect

Navy Federal Credit Union seeks Automation Systems Design Architect in Vienna, VA (100% telework permitted) to plan, develop, review, and enforce enterprise Pega PRPC/robotic process automation architectural standards for business units, in collaboration with information services.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive software development and Pega PRPC/robotic automation software applications experience. Must be Pegasystems Certified Lead System Architect (PLSA).

Must have 5 years of prior experience in each of the following: Experience with design, analysis and development of Pega PRPC, Blue Prism, UiPath, automation anywhere or similar robotic process automation platform; Experience with object-oriented design; Experience with the application of non-functional software qualities such as resiliency, maintainability, etc.; Experience with behavior-driven testing techniques, experience with C# .NET, ASP.NET, Appian and visual studio and/or web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, Jquery, Angular JS, or NodeJs: Experience with MVC, MS SQL server, and/or MYSQL and Experience with Handler & SOAP, or REST web APIs. Must have 1 year of prior experience with deploying solutions/applications on variety of environments (Pega deployment manage, Pega Robot Manager, IIS web services, Apache Tomcat, IBM web sphere or cloud native platforms etc).
