We're currently adding to our growing team by hiring Third Shift Bakers for our bakery-cafes.

Bakers are responsible for:
Pan-Up, Proofing, Scoring, Baking & Finishing All Products to the Highest Company Standard
Evaluate All Finished Products According to Company Standard
Assist with Managing Food Costs
Maintain Cleanliness Standards of the Bakers Area
Manage the Flow/Time Line According to Company Standards
Communicate Product Quality & Equipment Issues
Assist with the Bakery Cases Set-Up as Needed
Complete Bakery Checklist with Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are searching for individuals that meet the following requirements:
- POSSESS PASSION FOR BAKING
- ABILITY TO WORK THE 3RD SHIFT
- HAVE TRANSPORTATION (LOCAL TRAVEL REQUIRED)
- POSSESS VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- ABILITY TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME
- ABILITY TO LIFT 35 LBS
- EXPERIENCE IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY
- MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF COMPANY
